The group is a family business established in 1927 by Mr. Nicolas Boukather sr. , a pioneer car distributor in the Middle East.
In 1968, the group became the exclusive distributor of Mazda in Lebanon.
Today, the company is one of the leading car distributors in Lebanon and mobility dealership groups with over 230 employees.
The group has a leadership role in the sector, Mr. Antoine Boukather presided the Automobile Importers Association from 2014-2018.
The group boasts a diversified business mix with mobility, real estate and agriculture divisions:
In Mobility, the group distributes a diverse mix of luxury and affordable cars – Mazda, Ford & Opel (in Lebanon), 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers and bicycles (currently in Lebanon and UAE)
In Real Estate: the group develops commercial and residential real estate projects throughout Lebanon
In Agriculture: the group produces/grows wheat, barley, lavender, cornichon, honey and other agricultural products in the Beqaa Valley - Lebanon
